About the Team Member Programme :

The Team Member Programme is an experience hosted by AIESEC India that gives you a practical team experience to gain hard and soft skills and access the global network of AIESEC. The AIESEC India Team Member Programme is designed to help you kick-start your path towards Leadership Development.

Why it matters:

The overall experience will help you get an entrepreneurial and responsible attitude towards being a better leader. This experience will teach you business skills, presentation skills, and how to work with and support a team. In any field of life, it is important to be a good team player and this Programme will equip you to develop skills and competencies that matter today and improve your team skills.

Programme Outline :

The primary purpose of the programme is to provide a practical learning and development experience to a young person, through being part of a team and having responsibilities towards improving AIESEC performance and the delivery of its experiences. A Team Member Programme experience is between 8 weeks and 18 months.

Things You will Learn :

Through the Team Member Programme, you will learn :-

  • How to be Culturally Sensitive : Since you will be interacting with International Students through AIESEC’s Global Network you will learn about other cultures and be sensitized towards them.
  • Selling Skills : Through your interaction with various stakeholders of AIESEC, you will develop the art of selling since you will be responsible for the delivery of various AIESEC experiences
  • Presentation Skills : The Team Member Programme allows you to better your Presentation Skills by understanding your role and outcome that is expected from you
  • Public Speaking Skills : You will hone your Public speaking skills through this platform by engaging an Audience to the various platforms AIESEC has for them
  • Developing Network : You will learn how to develop a Network by find the right consumer to whom you can pitch the AIESEC Experience
  • Living Diversity : At different stages of your Team Member Programme, you will interact with a diverse set of young people not just from India, but also the world
  • Client Relationship Management : Learn how to manage and deliver onto the various stakeholders of AIESEC.
  • Event Execution : Work in Teams responsible for delivering large scale events for students, alumni, corporate and non-corporate organizations.
