Our members create impact in society when they develop projects and activities that help to increase awareness about an issue and contribute to someone’s learning by creating opportunities such as exchange programs, conferences, mentorship.

Our partners create learning opportunities for our members through exchange, mentorship or training with us.  This thereby enables an increased awareness about an issue which contributes towards youth leadership development and therefore gives a feeling of contributing to society to all our supporters

Global Network


We give youth an opportunity to engage with a global network of over 110 countries by going to international meetings, international internships or daily interaction with students from abroad in the city. We connect with young people, companies and alumni from all over the world, by  the work we do daily in AIESEC.

Our partners benefit from our Global Network through our  international conferences that brings together the cream of the youth, when they they receive international interns or when they have a surveys or company literature on our website positioning their organization to  over 65.000 young students, alumni and companies from all over the world.

Personal & Professional Development


Our members continously develop key skills and competencies by interacting and working in AIESEC through leading teams and projects, working in teams, developing strategies and activities in functional areas, going through trainings, Facilitating or Organizing conferences & events & going for international internships.
