Cost
To hire an international intern from AIESEC, your organization will have to pay a basic administrative fee to AIESEC which is payable at 2 points in time. The first during the time you submit your requirement to AIESEC & the second when the intern arrives at your work place. You will also be liable to pay a Salary to the intern.
The Administrative Fee will vary as per the duration you choose the Traineeship Program for.
- 1-4 months- Rs. 20,000 per intern
- 5-7 months- Rs. 25,000 per intern
- 8 months and above- Rs. 30,000 per intern
The entire fee is a one time cost per intern.
