VISA Process

AIESEC India will undertake responsibility for the entire VISA Process once an applicant is selected. You will be required to submit a minimum of 2 documents that assist a selected candidate to obtain his or her VISA. These are :-

  • Acceptance Note : A document stating that you have Accepted a Particular Candidate as an Intern in your organization specifying the date of arrival, duration of the traineeship and the stipend of the intern
  • Invitation Letter : A Letter which needs to be drafted on the Company/Organization Letter head stating the details of the internship.
Both these documents will be sent by the AIESEC India Local Office you deal with.

All interns selected by the partner company arrive on Business – AIESEC type visa to India which has been recognized by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

AIESEC India Local Office will undertake the responsibility of each intern for the entire duration of internship. The AIESEC India Local Committee will also assist in getting registration done for the intern who you hire for the Traineeship.
