The AIESEC Experience

The AIESEC experience defines the ways in which you can participate with AIESEC and the platforms or programmes you can participate in.

The AIESEC Experience is a self driven, leadership development experience that AIESEC wants it membership to go through. It is an ideal learning process that an individual can go through in AIESEC and consists of 3 stages, each of which have been described as follows

Engagement :

In this phase young people are introduced to the world of AIESEC through different engagement Channels. You will get to participate in different AIESEC Platforms that will empower you to pick the path to kick start your AIESEC experience

Experiential Leadership Development Program :

The main programmes of the organization are delivered here. This is the leadership development center where the members can learn and gain everything from the global leadership network of AIESEC.

Life-long Connection :

A life long connection will ensure positive change throughout an AIESEC members life. In this way AIESEC presents each alumni a platform for continous growth, enabling them to make a constant positive impact on society
